Homes always vary in size so depending on the size of the home and it's readiness for photos a shoot will generally last between 30 min to 1 hr. If things need to be moved for photos, items need to be cleared out, bulbs need to be replaced, etc. it will take longer. It also depends if you will be getting drone shots or video as that can add to the process.

Use my Recipe for Beautiful Listing Photos to get ready. My basic rule of thumb is: if its not used for furniture or décor then try to remove it. Closets, garages, and unfinished basements are perfect places for storing items. Use laundry baskets or boxes for clearing out spaces the day of the shoot so you can easily put them back.

You will get an e-mail the morning after the shoot before 12pm with a link to your photo gallery.

This link is sharable if you are part of a team or if someone else takes care of downloading and loading in your photos.

Photos are downloadable all at once or individually. If you select download all a link with a zipped file will be sent to your e-mail for download.

If you opted for video a google drive download link will be sent with this e-mail.

Venmo, Zelle, & Cashapp are available. Check or Cash is accepted. If paying by card a Square link will be sent for payment.

Invoice will be sent with photos either by square link or PDF depending what you need for your business.
