Welcome to Chris Guthrie Photography! I'm Chris, I've been photographing real estate since 2017 and have been FAA-certified drone pilot since 2022. I specialize in real estate photography, aerial drone photography and videography, FPV Drone services, and headshots.

Photography isn't just my job; it's my passion. Started when I began traveling the world and fell in love with the sights I was seeing and just kind of evolved from there. Being in real estate got me started with photographing homes and I haven't stopped since. It's your first impression and one that either helps a buyer want to see your home or pass. You can't get a buyer in the door if the photos don't showcase the home in the best light... and every buyer that doesn't walk through the door is a missed opportunity to sell the home. What started out as a side hustle is now my full time work.
